To ensure you can complete your training successfully, each program has basic technology and access requirements. These requirements help maintain quality and allow you to participate in all modules, assessments, and support activities.
A full computer (Windows or Mac)
Chromebooks, iPads, tablets, and mobile phones are NOT supported.
Built-in or external microphone (for calls, onboarding, and support)
Built-in or external camera (for ID verification, check-ins, or support if required)
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Ability to study independently
Completing any program-specific prerequisites
Following all LMS and instructor guidelines
Military-affiliated learners can also receive guidance on credentialing or benefit-related requirements through Value For Veterans.
After finishing your program, you’ll receive an official Certificate of Completion and support on what comes next—whether that’s testing, additional training, or pursuing job opportunities.
