RGA Upskill Refund Policy

Applies To: All RGA Upskill Online Courses & Certification Preparation Programs

(This includes all current training any future training programs offered by RGA Upskill.)

  1. Overview

RGA Upskill provides 100% online, self-paced training programs designed to prepare students for certification exams. Because students receive access to digital course materials through our online platform, this refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our digital content.

  1. Standard Refund Eligibility

Students who wish to withdraw and request a refund must meet both of the following conditions:

  1. The withdrawal request is submitted before the official course start date listed at the time of enrollment; and
  2. The student has not logged in to the course or accessed any online training materials.

If a student has logged in to the course or accessed the training content at any time on or after the course start date, tuition is non-refundable and withdrawals are not permitted under the standard policy.

  1. Military Service Exception

RGA Upskill recognizes that service members may receive unexpected military orders that impact their ability to participate in training.

In situations where a student receives unplanned military orders—such as deployment, mobilization, activation, or temporary duty assignments—that interfere with course participation, RGA Upskill may, at its discretion, allow:

  • A late withdrawal,
  • A course deferral, and/or
  • A partial or full refund, depending on the timing and circumstances.

Students requesting consideration under this exception may be asked to provide documentation of their orders so that RGA Upskill can review the situation and determine appropriate options.

  1. Other Limited Exceptions

Outside of the military service exception, refunds may be considered only in limited cases such as:

  • A technical issue on RGA Upskill’s side that prevents course access and cannot be reasonably resolved

In these situations, RGA Upskill will review the details and decide whether a refund, credit, or course transfer is appropriate.

  1. Refund Request Process

To request a refund or exception review:

  1. Email support@rgaupskill.com
  2. Include your full name, email address, course purchased, and a brief explanation of your request
  3. If applicable, attach any supporting documentation (for example, military orders or proof of duplicate payment)

RGA Upskill will review your request within 3 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  1. Course Access After an Approved Refund

If a refund, withdrawal, or course cancellation is approved:

  • The student’s access to the course and related materials will be immediately revoked
  • Any previously downloaded materials must be deleted and may no longer be used
  • If third-party funding (such as Army Credentialing Assistance) was used, any follow-up steps will be handled in line with that program’s requirements

All courses are delivered:

  • Online
  • Self-paced
  • Accessible 24/7
  • Via the RGA Upskill learning platform

No physical materials are shipped.
