How long do the programs take to complete?
Most programs are self-paced. Completion time depends on your schedule, but most students finish within a few weeks to a few months. You can move faster or slower based on your availability.
Do I need prior experience?
Most students do not need any prior experience. Our programs are designed for beginners.
However, some programs may have prerequisites, and if so, they will be clearly listed on the program page.
What type of computer do I need?
A full computer (Windows or Mac) is required.
Chromebooks, iPads, tablets, and phones are NOT supported.
You must also have:
A working microphone
A working camera
Reliable high-speed internet
Can I train from anywhere?
Yes. All courses are online and can be completed from anywhere with internet access.
If I complete the training, am I certified?
Not automatically.
Completing training means you have learned the material and earned a Certificate of Completion from us.
However, most industry certifications require passing an official exam through the organization that issues the credential.
Your training prepares you for those exams, but certification is granted only after you pass the required tests.
Does this program guarantee a job or apprenticeship?
No. Employment is not guaranteed.
However, we offer apprenticeship and job opportunities in select regions, and our team provides guidance where available.
Are the classes live, self-paced, or both?
Programs vary:
Some programs are fully self-paced
Others are instructor-led with scheduled sessions or structured pacing
Each program page will clearly list the format.
Do you support military-affiliated learners?
Yes. RGA Upskill provides the training, and Value For Veterans (VFV) offers support for active duty, transitioning service members, National Guard, Reserves, and veterans.
VFV provides resume help, interview prep, guidance on credentialing, potential job introductions in select regions, and may help connect you with SkillBridge opportunities.
