Hiring Through RGA Upskill

We connect employers with individuals who complete our ASE-aligned automotive programs and our IT & technical training programs. Many of our candidates are veterans transitioning into civilian careers, supported through our partner organization, Value For Veterans.

We regularly have apprenticeship pathways and job openings available in select regions, and we actively work with employers to match them with motivated entry-level talent in both IT and the skilled trades.

We partner with schools and training providers that want to expand their IT and automotive career pathways or offer ASE-aligned and certification-focused training options. Our team supports onboarding, provides guidance, and helps students transition into training and employment opportunities.

Our Veteran Employment Support

Through our partnership with Value For Veterans, we help veterans transition into IT, automotive, and other skilled career paths through structured training, job placement coordination, and apprenticeship pathways.

We can also help employers provide SkillBridge opportunities to those who qualify

(must be active duty and within their final 12 months of service).

Veterans bring reliability, discipline, and commitment—qualities employers consistently value in both technical and hands-on roles.
