In Depth

This CompTIA A+ course is an online training program focused on the core objectives covered on the A+ exams. You’ll learn how to install, configure, and troubleshoot devices and operating systems, and how to support users in real-world IT environments.

You’ll cover key topics such as:

  • PC hardware, components, and peripherals

  • Operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS basics) and system configuration

  • Mobile devices and basic device management

  • Networking fundamentals and common connectivity issues

  • Security basics, best practices, and threat awareness

  • Troubleshooting methods, documentation, and customer service skills

This training helps you prepare for the CompTIA A+ certification exams and build skills you can show to employers. It is not a CompTIA certification by itself.

What You Get When You Finish

When you complete all required modules and earn a passing score on the course assessments, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion for CompTIA A+ Training. You can include this on your resume and share it with employers to show that you’ve successfully completed structured training aligned with the A+ exam objectives.

This certificate demonstrates your effort and training; CompTIA certification still requires passing the official CompTIA A+ exams and meeting any requirements set by CompTIA.
