About This Course

The ASE A3 Manual Drive Train & Axles course is an online training program focused on the knowledge areas covered on the ASE A3 exam. It helps you understand how clutches, manual transmissions, transfer cases, driveshafts, and differentials operate, how to recognize common noises, vibrations, and driveline issues, and how this system fits into day-to-day shop work.

This training helps you prepare for the ASE A3 exam and build skills you can show to employers. It is not an ASE certification by itself.

What You Get When You Finish

When you complete all required modules and earn a passing score on the course assessments, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion for ASE A3 Manual Drive Train & Axles Training. You can include this on your resume and bring it to employers to show that you’ve successfully completed structured training aligned with the ASE A3 exam.

This certificate demonstrates your effort and training; ASE certification still requires passing the official ASE exam and meeting ASE’s work experience requirements.
